About The Position

You will be leading a team within product tasked with building creative solutions to address OCI business challenges and customer needs via contracting, commercials and product development. Additionally, your team will need to ensure operational health of the obligations to our customers including delivery of product improvements, SLAs, etc. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in this area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. This role requires product management expertise, leadership skills, and strong business judgment.
