About The Position

The Director of Program Management, Cross‑Org (Data Center Central Functions)
will lead an organization spanning (1) Technical Program Managers (TPMs), (2)
Vendor Management, and (3) Business Operations (planning, headcount/budget,
operating cadence, KPI reporting). This role also serves as Chief of Staff to
the Data Center Central Functions leadership, driving executive readiness,
business rhythms, and cross‑pillar alignment across Data Hall Design, Software &
Automation, Global Program Controls, and Deployment & Materials.

The Director is accountable for converting strategy and the FY27 roadmap into an
integrated execution plan, ensuring governance, resourcing, vendor capacity, and
operational mechanisms are in place to deliver predictable outcomes at scale.
