We're looking for an experienced Public Health Program Evaluation Specialist, who will design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of program evaluation and data analytical activities that support a national healthcare quality improvement program. As a Program Evaluation Specialist on our team, you will take lead on the evaluation study design, development of data collection instruments, protocols, and tools, primary data collection from stakeholders, analyze data and prepare presentation materials, policy briefs, email communications, and short articles in direct support of senior program leadership members. You'll work with a group data scientists, statisticians, public health specialists, and qualitative analysts to conduct program monitoring and impact evaluation. Your creative-thinking and business-oriented mindset will be critical to the client who looks for timely feedback on the program implementation and actionable recommendations on improving program impact and cost savings. On our team, you'll use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact. You'll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You'll guide and mentor your team as you oversee the development of evaluation plans and strategies. You'll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your clients as they make informed decisions.   • Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and be deadline-driven.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
  • Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a social science or research field.
