Harkcon has an immediate opening for a Program Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and coordinate the Search and Rescue Satellite-Aided Tracking (SARSAT) Program Management Office’s (PMO) Integrated Schedule. This role coordinates across teams (engineering, production, finance) to align resources, identify risks, and ensure milestones are met. The position frequently uses tools like MS Project or Primavera to translate forecasts into actionable program plans and to report performance metrics, including critical path and schedule risk, to senior leadership, with a focus on efficiency, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement. This role supports strategic milestone tracking, interagency coordination, and alignment of key project deliverables across national and international stakeholders.
