Requirements

• 7–10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale, multi-year initiatives
• Proven success deploying technology solutions to frontline workers in operational environments
• Experience partnering with systems integrators and managing vendor relationships
• Background in regulated industries; utility sector experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with field work management platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite
• Strong facilitation, communication, and consensus-building skills
• Formal degree not required; experience highly valued

Nice To Haves

• Experience in matrixed organizations and with large consulting firms
• PMP or similar certifications
• Ability to balance technical expertise with customer service orientation
• PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with the systems integrator, ensuring alignment and accountability for deliverables
• Oversee program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and milestone achievement
• Manage program budget and maintain financial discipline throughout the lifecycle
• Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, business stakeholders, and steering committees
• Engage frontline workers to validate requirements and support change management
• Lead multiple workstreams, motivating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with quality
• Travel up to 25% for workshops, site visits, and stakeholder engagement
