Program Manager to support delivery for Carnival GCS, enforce PMLC governance, own RAIDD, and accelerate vendor/integration remediation across multi-brand rollouts.

Requirements

  • Program/Project Manager with 3+ years’ experience in complex tech/cybersecurity or complex programs capabilities, strong vendor management, and proven end-to-end program delivery experience; PMP or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with Clarity or similar program/project management technology
  • Able to travel as needed
  • Atlanta-based

Responsibilities

  • Program governance: define, set up, socialize, perform, and enforce  program governance structure based on agreed upon program governance framework and objectives.
  • Program data accountability: Using existing measurement criteria provided by Client, perform review and remediation activities to confirm program data is accurate and complete.
  • Program stakeholder management: Maintain monthly reporting and quarterly status and progress reviews with Client identified program stakeholders. Maintain monthly internal operational review with the determined program leadership.
  • Program progress reporting management: provide key program insights via weekly progress reporting, leadership program reporting, and ad hoc executive reporting to drive awareness and transparency of program progress.
  • Program schedule management: define, track, and deliver against program schedule and work tasks utilizing the Client’s Program management tools.
  • Program cost management: track and manage program costs, providing required leadership visibility into budget allocations and ongoing budget consumption (if required)
  • Program resource management: aggregate, track, and monitor program resources, including workstream alignment, assigned activities, deliverables, utilization, and budget impact (if required)
  • Program decisions, prioritization and escalations management: facilitate and drive decision making, prioritization and escalation management for the program, as part of recurring Governance and/or Steering Committee meetings at agreed upon frequency with the Client
  • Program communications management: Develop, document, and implement a program communications plan with communication purpose, audience, frequency, and messaging.
  • Program dependency, risk and issue management: identify, mitigate and/or escalate program issues, risks and dependencies; develop risk mitigation plans and update RAIDD log on the ongoing basis
  • Project planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop detailed project plans inclusive of timelines and milestones, organize project resources and allocate tasks
  • Project execution: Oversee day-to-day project delivery tasks, provide alignment to established project plans, adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changes, facilitate project team meetings
  • Project documentation: Accountable for completion of required project artifacts per Client’s project management lifecycle (PMLC) and project control plan given phase and project category. Evaluate and complete all recommended or optional artifacts as needed.
  • Project monitoring and reporting: track project progress against project milestones and deliverables, prepare and present project performance reports, utilize designated project management tools for tracking
  • Risk, Issue, Action, Decision, and Dependency (RAIDD) management: develop and maintain project RAIDD log, track RAIDD items through project lifecycle, develop risk mitigation strategies, and escalate necessary RAIDD items as prioritized by the Client.

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $77,500 to $140,900.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $92,900 to $160,500.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
