The Program Manager is responsible for managing the execution of Microsoft Garage programs, events, and innovation engagements in Atlanta. This includes coordinating prototype projects, managing timelines, facilitating communication between Microsoft product teams and Garage staff, and ensuring high-quality delivery of workshops, hackathons, demos, and learning experiences. Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in program management, events, or innovation programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver Garage programs such as hackathons, workshops, and innovation challenges.
  • Manage prototype project intake, scoping, communication, and execution with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Program Managers in other Garage sites to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Oversee logistics, scheduling, communications, and event operations.
  • Track engagement metrics, feedback, and outcomes to refine future programs.
  • Ensure alignment with the Garage SOW, Microsoft compliance requirements, and delivery quality standards.
  • Support technical teams, Lab Managers, Learning PMs, and Microsoft partners during hands-on activities and demonstrations.
