About The Position

You will be working for a national security services firm, providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors. Using your expertise in program management, you will serve as the primary point of contact for NGA with host agency’s facilities personnel. You will be providing office-level staff and technical support for offices and programs that support the mission of providing timely, relevant, and accurate geospatial-intelligence in support of national security.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
  • At least 15 years’ experience in facilities construction/modification, with at least 5 of those years in an Intelligence Community setting
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s (preferred) Degree in Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience in understanding/interpreting construction drawings in Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and IT trades
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite such as building spreadsheets, consolidating input across various offices, and edit/update as needed
  • Experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment
  • Experience leading and directing teams of specialists, sharing knowledge with others and working as a team member
  • Experience with Intelligence Community missions and functions regarding facilities development and production

Nice To Haves

  • Certification (AutoDesk Certified Professional, associate’s degrees or other Community College certification, or similar industry-accepted certification) in AutoCAD
  • Licensed Engineer, Registered Architect, or Licensed Contractor is considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all NGA facilities-related activities, including renovations, personnel moves, requests for modifications/repairs, etc.
  • With government oversight, manage all aspects of facilities-related projects on behalf of NGA-SW
  • Collaborate and consult with other subject matter experts in NGA or across the IC for sensitive or complex facilities issues that lack precedents
  • Engage government leads at NGA-SW to help develop budget requirements and schedules for related work to support facilities development and operations
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational requirements in area of expertise to effectively support NGA and IC partner requirements
  • Provide rationale and impact statements/assessments with any recommendations that could impact cost or schedule for planned or ongoing work
  • Coordinate with site facilities and communication departments for NGA staff modifications to include space utilization, equipment/network requirements and power/heating cooling requirements
  • Review and assess working documentation and changes.
  • Participate in NGA planning activities with NGA and IC partners in facilities-related working groups
  • Other duties as assigned
