Drive planning and execution of multi-year, high-impact Coffeehouse Design, Development and Solutions (Store Development) initiatives, aligning diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver results at scale. Optimize Resources for Maximum Impact Manage budgets, talent, and timelines across multiple projects to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Champion Agility and Innovation Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, balancing risk and uncertainty while introducing new ideas that elevate customer experience and operational excellence.
