The Program Manager for the Youth Homelessness Unit is responsible for overseeing and coordinating HMI's HUD-funded Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project and Host Home Program. This role focuses on meeting program objectives, implementing strategies, and supporting staff while being responsive to community needs, particularly for LGBTQ+ BIPOC young people. The Program Manager will provide training and support to hosts and mentors, ensuring positive relationships and effective program implementation.
