We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end migration from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. This role will drive planning, execution, and governance of a large-scale CRM transformation program, ensuring seamless coordination across business, technology, and vendor teams while delivering on time and within scope. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise, exposure to Veeva / Vault platforms, and a proven track record of leading complex enterprise migrations

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of Program/Project Management experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise CRM or platform migrations
  • Exposure to Veeva CRM and Vault CRM ecosystems
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Excellent planning, risk management, and delivery discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Veeva Vault implementations
  • Knowledge of data migration strategies and integrations
  • PMP / SAFe / Agile certifications
  • Experience managing hybrid onsite-offshore teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration program end-to-end.
  • Develop comprehensive program roadmap, milestones, timelines, and governance framework.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Business, IT, Commercial Ops, Data, Validation, and external vendors.
  • Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and budget.
  • Drive cutover planning, deployment strategy, and change management.
  • Facilitate steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive communication.
  • Align data migration, integrations, testing, and training activities.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.
