About The Position
This core position works directly with the Chief Health Equity Officer for National Medicaid and State Programs on equity initiatives across all markets. Strong project management skills, ability to work closely with data to inform decision making, and strong collaboration with multiple partners in a highly matrixed role will be critical to the success of this position. Manages multiple large-scale projects with responsibility and accountability for project outcomes from initiation to close-out, developing strategies for integrating medical terminology and coding practices into clinical workflows. Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., NCQA, CMS, HHS) and stay updated on emerging medical terminology and coding trends. Solve complex issues by applying deep subject matter expertise and establishing methods, techniques, and criteria for project success. Builds and maintains relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, senior management, and business leaders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns or obstacles.
