As a Program Manager on Apple's Trust & Safety team, you will play a vital role in supporting the instrumentation of feature and implementation of efforts to meet key goals. The Trust and Safety team plays a pivotal role in meeting this goal by collaborating with product and other cross-functional teams to ensure our customers enjoy the safest, most trusted products and services. The Trust and Safety team spans strategy, policy, online safety analysis, engineering, operations, and research, while supporting all parts of the Apple ecosystem.

  • Design, drive, deliver, and maintain end to end program focused on data and transparency reporting across relevant groups at Apple.
  • Partner with teams across Apple - including Legal, Engineering, Data Insights, Compliance, and Operations - to align on priorities and deliver results.
  • Help teams align on clear goals and outcomes by breaking down complexity and ambiguity.
  • Help develop, iterate, and drive a program vision and strategy.
  • Resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot, and unblock issues.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Apple's technical/data architecture to ensure online safety regulatory and data business intelligence needs are met.
  • Connect with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to understand regulatory landscape and align requirements for program delivery.
  • Strong understanding of trust and safety issues.
  • Exceptional program management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading program management for a portfolio of complex multi-faceted initiatives.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Python, working with Data Lakes, Javascript, PySpark.
  • Trust and Safety experience strongly preferred.
  • Flexible working style with the ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.
  • Process-minded with an excitement to join a new team and support the development of governance procedures and protocols in partnership with others.
