About The Position
At Avivo, we believe housing is a human right and a foundation for healing. Our Ending Homelessness division provides holistic, trauma-informed services to individuals and families navigating housing instability and recovery. Grounded in Housing First and Harm Reduction, we meet people where they are—offering support, safety, and connection every step of the way. Our Transitional Recovery Lodging (TRL) program supports adults and families experiencing long-term homelessness and addiction, helping them stabilize in housing while attending intensive outpatient treatment. We are building a community where dignity and recovery thrive together. As the Program Manager of TRL, you will lead a team of Resident Advocates providing 24/7 support to individuals on their recovery and housing journey. You will oversee operations, staffing, and partnerships that make this critical transitional program successful. From building strong community connections to coaching staff and ensuring client-centered care, your work will help participants not only stabilize—but thrive.
