About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead our Customer Service Technology programs with Meta Reality Labs Post-sales Operations. You will play an important role in owning and driving technology solutions for both our Meta Reality Labs customer and support agents, and directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will help enable faster resolution, improve efficiency, and ensure technology projects meet or exceed success criteria.
