The Program Manager, Talent Development at Insperity is responsible for supporting and enhancing innovative talent development programs through effective project management, data analysis, and change management. This role involves collaborating with various internal departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of programs that align with business priorities and foster a positive employee experience.

  • Perform analysis of programs to provide insight and recommendations on talent trends throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Support the implementation plan for leadership development programs, high potential programs, performance management, mentor programs, and employee experience.
  • Introduce innovative and scalable solutions to enhance HR programs and the employer brand.
  • Fully own program management from project scope definition to communication of status.
  • Navigate dependencies between cross-functional teams and organization priorities.
  • Partner with marketing and HR teams to ensure a comprehensive message for talent development programs.
  • Provide a consistent internal experience with a focus on culture development and communication planning.
  • Support integration efforts with various HR training programs and platforms.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Seven to ten years in program management, change management, product development, or project management required.
  • Experience in the PEO industry and consulting experience desirable.
  • Certification(s) in Talent Development or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into talent and workforce strategies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with superior writing and editing abilities.
  • Experience in the PEO industry and consulting experience.
  • Certification(s) in Talent Development or Project Management Professional (PMP).
