About The Position

The Sustainability Program Manager/Sr. Analyst role is focused on supporting climate-related measurement, management, and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) and carbon emissions. This position emphasizes data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process improvements to enhance sustainability initiatives within the organization. The role requires collaboration across various teams to report GHG inventory and drive energy efficiency projects.

Requirements

• Experience in sustainability reporting and data management.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Report GHG inventory data using Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards.
• Support data collection, validation, and surveys for emissions tracking.
• Consolidate and analyze emissions reduction initiatives across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.
• Benchmark sustainability standards (e.g., ESG, SASB, CDP, TCFD).
• Assist with audits, process improvements, and data-driven insights.
