About The Position

In this role, you will manage end-to-end qualification testing for cloud hardware. You will design SKU layouts, plan hardware quantities, coordinate procurement, and ensure lab capacity is ready for incoming test work. You will work closely with supply chain, engineering, and lab operations to remove blockers, track inventory, and deliver qualification milestones on time. This position requires strong coordination skills, clear communication, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving without delays.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Program Management experience.
  • 2+ years of strong coordination and cross-team communication skills.
  • 2+ years in Supply Chain Operations, including planning and tracking.
  • 2+ years of procurement experience, including PO creation and vendor coordination.
  • 2+ years of cloud server hardware knowledge (rack servers, components, configurations).
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with lab teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines with high attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud datacenter hardware or large-scale lab environments.
  • Knowledge of testing workflows such as bring-up, validation, or qualification cycles.
  • Experience with inventory management tools or supply chain reporting systems.
  • Strong Excel or Power BI skills for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze lab capacity constraints and optimize hardware usage.
  • Experience supporting hardware engineering teams or R&D environments.
  • Familiarity with logistics, shipping, or handling inbound/outbound hardware.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage qualification testing programs from start to finish.
  • Create SKU design layouts and determine the exact hardware quantities needed for testing.
  • Coordinate hardware procurement, including purchase order creation and tracking.
  • Track sample arrival dates, lead times, and potential hardware shortages.
  • Ensure lab capacity is available by checking space, power, and rack availability.
  • Work with supply chain teams to manage hardware consolidation and inventory flow.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure no delays occur due to sample or hardware constraints.
  • Partner with engineering and lab teams to align schedules and testing timelines.
  • Run daily/weekly program reviews to monitor progress and risks.
  • Prepare reporting dashboards with accurate status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Follow up on delays and escalate blockers to keep qualification timelines on track.
  • Ensure all hardware is delivered, installed, and ready for testing on time.
  • Support onsite testing activities when needed (lab walk-throughs, verification checks).
