The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and advancing large-scale, cross-functional strategic programs within the organization. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and patient-centered care. Regular monitoring and management of initiatives across programs will be critical to drive exceptional business value for the organization. A strong background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA, kaizen) is also essential to drive operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes and enhance team performance through the use of the operating system across departments.
