The Program Manager for Strategic Programs provides comprehensive operational, administrative, and project management support to the Director of Strategic Programs. This role manages planning, coordination, and evaluation of high‑priority strategic initiatives across the College of Nursing. The Program Manager leads logistical and operational tasks—meeting coordination, minutes, tracking systems, technology oversight, reporting, and event execution—while also supporting strategic planning, partnerships, and project implementation. This position plays a central role in ensuring that strategic priorities move forward efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with College of Nursing goals. Responsibilities may overlap or shift between Immersive Experiential Learning and Strategic Programs based on programmatic needs, including shared partner engagements, joint pilots, accreditation documentation, and coverage for cyclical demand (e.g., semester start-up, major launches).
