About The Position
The Program Manager, DS business unit - Sterility Assurance is responsible for technical management and performance of the sterility assurance program for the DS business unit network. The position leads the implementation and monitoring of quality program specific to sterilization, contamination & microbiological controls across the network and mitigation of quality risks. The Program Manager is a key advisor for the definition and execution of the DS business unit Sterility Assurance strategies by determining the tactics required to achieve the business objectives. The Program Manager ensures product safety, product quality and compliance with all relevant global regulations and customer expectations. Through stakeholder engagement and people development, the Program Manager produces durable and industry leading results supporting key business drivers.
