About The Position

Starpath Robotics is developing a full stack solution for commercial scale rocket propellant production on the Moon and Mars. We are building one of the key enabling technologies that will make Humans a multi-planet species. The Starlight team is focused on dramatically reducing the cost of space-rated solar power to support both Starpath's propellant production goals and the greater space economy. As Starpath scales delivery of space solar hardware to multiple customers, we are formalizing our program execution and delivery discipline. We are seeking a Program Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of space hardware programs across engineering, manufacturing, and customer interfaces. This is a build-first, lead-by-doing role—high autonomy, high accountability, minimal bureaucracy.

Requirements

B.S. in Engineering, Operations, or related field
5+ years experience in program or project management
Experience working with hardware development teams
Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Direct experience with space solar arrays, deployables, power systems packaging, or similar hardware
Aerospace or space hardware experience
Startup or early-stage program experience
Familiarity with manufacturing and qualification workflows
