The Program Manager for Security Awareness & Training is a pivotal role within the Information Risk Management (IRM) group, reporting directly to the Deputy CISO. This hands-on position is designed to develop and implement strategies, plans, and execution support for the Information Security Training and Awareness Program across the organization. The primary focus is to create and deliver engaging awareness and training materials through various channels, including in-person sessions, online learning platforms, newsletters, and email communications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with functional technology and business leads to ensure that the awareness deliverables are aligned with the highest risk activities and behaviors within the organization. In this role, the Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the information security awareness program effectively communicates security policies and requirements in a clear, actionable, and measurable manner. This includes delivering an information security awareness program that engages employees and results in measurable improvements in their behavior regarding security practices. The Program Manager will also partner with key teams such as Service Desk, HR Learning, Privacy, and Compliance to develop training that supports security awareness and data protection efforts. Additionally, the Program Manager will proactively identify current security events, assess their applicability, and develop appropriate communications. They will work collaboratively with other IRM team members to create and distribute training or awareness communications for various IRM programs. The role also involves preparing and delivering targeted awareness campaigns, such as cybersecurity month initiatives, phishing simulations, and security newsletters, while developing and maintaining metrics to measure the effectiveness of individual campaigns and the overall program. Furthermore, the Program Manager will play an active role in the organization's security incident response efforts, working to identify and mitigate information security threats as they arise.
