As a Program Manager for Satellite Payload Technology Development at General Dynamics Mission Systems, you will lead teams of satellite electronics engineers and architects to advance the state-of-the-art in space avionics and RF payload capabilities. Your role will involve managing R&D programs sponsored by National Security Space customers, ensuring program execution, customer relationships, and program sales/earnings/cash-flow goals. You will create program execution plans and schedules, manage risks and opportunities, and present program status to corporate executives and customer senior leaders.
