The Sales New Hire Experience team builds high-impact, real-world learning journeys that prepare sellers to drive customer value quickly and effectively. We’re looking for a Program Manager to support onboarding excellence and continuous improvement of our Sales New Hire Experience programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring our monthly enhancements and bi-annual updates are curated strategically aligned to the business, applying adult learning theory and developed in our OnDemand digital cohort experience. This is an execution-focused individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a high-growth company environment, enjoys working across learning platforms, and takes pride in ensuring programs run seamlessly.
