The Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) team, a segment of the Last Mile organization at Amazon, is looking for a Program Manager for the Launch & Expansion team. This role will lead in the emerging Last Mile business verticals to drive execution of new projects, technology, and innovation, specifically serving customers in rural and remote areas. The candidate will manage multiple large-scale projects, own schedules, outline key milestones, and ensure deliverables are met. The successful candidate will bring stakeholders together, uphold accountability, develop creative solutions, and navigate problem-solving situations. This individual will play an integral role in helping Amazon build the most advanced and safest sites in the world by partnering with various stakeholder teams to roll out retrofit projects to existing RSR sites. Travel is expected to be a minimum of 50% of the time.
