About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Program Manager (RN) – Occupational Medical Services. This will be an on-site position located in Albuquerque, NM to support program leadership and Government engagement. POSITION DUTIES: Serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for the overall management and execution of a Federal occupational medical services contract supporting the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST) Human Reliability Program (HRP). Accountable for end-to-end contract performance, including staffing, operations, compliance, and quality assurance across multiple medical service areas. Act as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and senior program stakeholders, ensuring delivery of high-quality medical, psychological, and occupational health services in support of national security missions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant program management experience, including: Staffing and workforce management Budgeting and resource planning Scheduling and operational oversight Client/customer engagement (preferably Federal Government)
  • Demonstrated experience managing medical, occupational health, or clinical service programs
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (clinical, administrative, and technical staff)
  • Proven ability to: Interface with senior Government stakeholders Manage contract performance and deliverables Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (any U.S. state) – Required
  • Ability to maintain licensure throughout employment
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE clearance (L or Q level)
  • Ability to pass: Background investigation Drug screening and suitability requirements
  • U.S Citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DOE, DoD, or Federal health/HRP-type programs
  • Familiarity with: Occupational medicine programs Medical readiness or workforce health programs High-reliability or safety-sensitive environments
  • Certifications in occupational health, case management, or program management (e.g., COHN, CCM, PMP)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Government leadership (CO/COR and program officials)
  • Provide overall contract management and performance oversight
  • Lead staffing, scheduling, and workforce management across medical and support personnel
  • Ensure compliance with: Contract requirements DOE/NNSA regulations Occupational health and HRP program standards
  • Oversee: Clinical operations Medical support services Program reporting and deliverables
  • Manage program resources, including: Budget oversight Personnel performance Operational efficiency
  • Identify and resolve performance issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate program goals, policies, and priorities to contractor staff
