About The Position

You will be the Program Manager for the Javelin and Multi‑Domain Missile Systems (MDMS) Risk & Opportunity team. Our team is responsible for deploying and continuously improving the Risk & Opportunity process across both portfolios to safeguard schedule, cost, and performance. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the end‑to-end R&O process, guiding Integrated Project Teams, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Design, execute, and maintain Risk & Opportunity Management Plans for both portfolios. Chair the monthly R&O Management Board, ensuring risks and opportunities are reviewed, assigned, and tracked. Partner with IPT leads to align risk handling with the Integrated Master Schedule and program baselines. Maintain live risk/opportunity registers and produce executive dashboards. Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and drive adoption of best‑in-class R&O tools. Requirements

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Experience leading cross functional teams in program or project leadership role
Demonstrated experience handling risks and opportunities in a program or functional role
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience developing presentations for and briefing executive leadership

Nice To Haves

Prior experience using the ROADS risk management application
Understanding of IMS and how risk mitigation plans affect schedule baselines
