About The Position

HSHS is seeking a recruitment marketing program manager to support our talent acquisition team. This critical role is responsible for managing our employee referral program and marketing, managing third party vendors in relationship to paid advertising, and leads multiple digital candidate experience projects. This role reports directly to the System Director of Talent Acquisition and is a primarily work from home position with occasional travel to HSHS ministries throughout WI and IL. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing analytics, is creative and organized, possess excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing multiple competing priorities. This role is the key liaison between recruitment and our internal marketing team to ensure brand alignment in all advertising efforts for job postings and paid recruitment media outlets.

Requirements

  • 5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing or employment branding experience required, preferably within healthcare environment
  • 1 year of direct vendor management or marketing project management required
  • 1+ years of experience with social media and campaign management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related degree is required.
  • 5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing and/or employment branding experience is required, preferably within healthcare.
  • 1 year of direct vendor management and/or marketing project management is required.
  • 1 year of social media management is preferred.
  • 1 year of marketing campaign management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all paid and non-paid recruitment advertising for entire health system
  • Responsible for managing and marketing employee referral program and contests
  • Serves as key internal liaison between recruitment and internal marketing team
