HSHS is seeking a recruitment marketing program manager to support our talent acquisition team. This critical role is responsible for managing our employee referral program and marketing, managing third party vendors in relationship to paid advertising, and leads multiple digital candidate experience projects. This role reports directly to the System Director of Talent Acquisition and is a primarily work from home position with occasional travel to HSHS ministries throughout WI and IL. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing analytics, is creative and organized, possess excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing multiple competing priorities. This role is the key liaison between recruitment and our internal marketing team to ensure brand alignment in all advertising efforts for job postings and paid recruitment media outlets.
