The Recruiting Operations team is responsible for designing and scaling the processes, programs, and projects that enable Whatnot’s Recruiting organization to operate at a high level. We partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to improve efficiency, raise the bar on candidate quality, and support sustainable growth. As a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations, you will: Own recruiting operations programs for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams Manage interview training programs, including scheduling and delivering trainings and maintaining training materials Own and scale our Quality of Hire program Identify and drive operational improvements to ensure recruiting programs and processes are effective, efficient, and scalable Partner with the Technical Recruiting organization on a variety of initiatives, including: Developing and leading recruiting-focused projects for hiring teams and leadership Driving cross-functional initiatives by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and execution across recruiting and partner teams Leverage data to define success metrics, evaluate program impact, and inform strategic decisions Contribute to other business-critical recruiting initiatives as needed We offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in-person time for planning, problem-solving, and connection. Team members in this role must live within commuting distance of our New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, or San Francisco hubs.
