About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager, Recruiting Events to lead the design, planning, and delivery of our annual recruiting events strategy. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-impact talent engagement experiences—including mixers, dinners, conference activations, and other recruiting-focused events—that strengthen our employer brand and drive candidate pipeline outcomes. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment, is exceptionally organized, and can manage multiple workstreams while collaborating effectively across teams and functions.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting programs/operations, or event program management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing recruiting-focused events tied to measurable hiring or pipeline outcomes.
  • Proven ability to independently manage cross-functional partnerships, driving alignment across recruiting teams, business stakeholders, and operational partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and delivering against timelines and budgets.
  • Experience owning or managing event budgets in partnership with Finance (FP&A).
  • Proficiency with recruiting and event systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, Splash or comparable tools) and strong data skills, including the ability to track metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Experience working with business leaders and communicating effectively at various organizational levels.
  • Highly cross-functional, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and move work forward across diverse teams and levels.
  • Strategic in your thinking and hands-on in your execution — equally comfortable setting direction and delivering results.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong operational mindset and disciplined follow-through.
  • A clear and confident communicator who can align stakeholders, manage expectations, and bring others along.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the annual recruiting events strategy, translating hiring goals into targeted, high-impact event programs that drive measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Design and execute a portfolio of recruiting events (mixers, dinners, campus engagements, conferences, and hosted experiences), managing end-to-end execution from concept through post-event follow-up.
  • Independently drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Recruiting, Business leaders, Facilities, Finance (FP&A), and RecOps & Enablement to ensure seamless planning, communication, systems integration, and delivery.
  • Manage budgets and operational execution, including forecasting, vendor coordination, logistics, timelines, and expense tracking in partnership with Finance.
  • Leverage recruiting and event systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, Splash) to manage workflows, candidate engagement, tracking, and reporting.
  • Define success metrics and analyze event performance, using data and insights to continuously optimize strategy, candidate experience, and return on investment.
