About The Position

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a Program Manager for the Quantum AI Facilities team, you will execute defined programs and support the facilities team with projects and initiatives. You work closely with the team to organize facility build outs and implement safety programs. You will be responsible for maintaining dashboards, overviews and documentation, ensuring information is current and correct. Collaborate with the EHS manager to track relevant permits and applications. This role requires an individual who can prioritize tasks while communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will interface with local municipalities, contractors, research scientists, engineers and EHS teams. You are proactive in communicating with stakeholders and tracking progress. The full potential of quantum computing will be unlocked with a large-scale computer capable of complex, error-corrected computations. Google Quantum AI's mission is to build this computer and unlock solutions to classically intractable problems. Our roadmap is focused on advancing the capabilities of quantum computing and enabling meaningful applications.
