This position is responsible for: Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, monitoring, training, and case management of The Salvation Army Batters Intervention Program ensuring compliance with minimum standards for Batters Intervention Programs as defined by the State of Florida Department of Children and Families, including overseeing continuing education requirements for facilitators. The manager represents The Salvation Army Batters Intervention Program in the community as it pertains to domestic violence and anger management issues. In general, the position is an advocate for the judicial system and the community by holding men who batter accountable and by fostering victim sensitivity.
