Reporting to the Head of Product Operations, the Team has 4 main responsibilities: 1- Lead Product Strategic Planning Support and Guide Senior Stakeholders from various Teams (incl. Product, Business, R&D, Go-to-Market, Finance), to develop Criteo's Long Term Product Strategy and Product Roadmap inline with Company's objectives and Financial Plans. 2- Act as Program Management Partners for each Solution Structure workstreams and Drive end-to-end Governance for each of Criteo's Solutions, acting as control tower for Criteo's Head of Product & its Business counterpart, ensuring alignment and execution across Business Prioritization, Quarterly roadmap, Go-To-Market delivery - centralizing dependencies with all teams and tracking / mitigating risks. 3- Drive Product Strategic Initiatives Act as Program Manager for Strategic / Innovative Product projects - maximizing impacts and pace of delivery. 4- Streamline Collaboration & Enhance Impacts across all Teams involved in the Product development Lifecycle (Product, Go-To-Market, Business Owners, R&D, Design, Finance…) by defining and establishing standardized Product frameworks & processes, Guidelines & Tools. The Program Manager, Product enablement focuses on the later; he/she will Understand critical needs & outcomes expected at all steps of the Product development Lifecycle (from collecting customer needs to market roll out) to equip Team involved with the best frameworks & processes (e.g. Business cases, Product requirements, Roadmap planning frameworks…), Guidelines & Tools Own and Drive adoption across teams of critical Product & Business artefacts, templates and workflows to improve Product execution, efficiency and consistency Implement and refine performance metrics, reporting structure and KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Guide product teams on the use of tools, templates, and processes, fostering an environment of operational excellence and collaboration. Coach a Project manager to Track, centralize and Report on Product dependencies with other Internal Systems - Internal IT, Billing, FP&A Reporting, Ops tooling etc. Coach a Project manager to own and regularly update key documentation, ensuring teams have easy access to the latest updates on Product Strategy, Roadmap & Knowledge. Coach a Project manager to administrate and optimize JIRA boards, workflows, and dashboards to support cross-functional alignment and visibility into product progress.
