About the position

The Creator Product Adoption team at TikTok is focused on driving product adoption among creators through scalable programs and initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to set priorities, execute programs, and measure their success, ultimately aiming to enhance creator engagement on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, support and execute scaled product programs focused on driving large-scale participation and product adoption from creators on the platform.
  • Work with product team to identify potential program/project opportunities based on product roadmaps and data-driven needs.
  • Collaborate with local/regional ops teams to rollout scaled product adoption frameworks and programs locally.
  • Align on standardized measurement plans and set joint OKRs in line with Creator and product PGC team, tracking program progress and optimizing success metrics.
  • Evaluate successful program components and areas for improvement to synthesize feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams needed to operationalize product programs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and proven experience working with creators.
  • Experience with creator-related products and understanding the creator product journey across different platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management/development, product marketing, and/or product management.
  • Proven experience working with complex data sets and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
  • Superior attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
