About The Position

The Program Manager for Price Quality at Amazon Fresh Grocery is responsible for leading quality operations related to pricing strategies. This role focuses on maintaining high standards for pricing quality to enhance customer satisfaction across both in-store and online grocery channels. The Program Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective pricing practices and contribute to strategic pricing reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of experience in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience.
• Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements.
• Experience in pricing and promotions project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive quality audits to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Build roadmaps and uncover opportunities to improve pricing quality and effectiveness.
• Execute manual corrective actions and design automated mechanisms to prevent pricing errors.
• Contribute to director level pricing reviews to report on the quality of our plans.
• Consult with strategy teams to ensure all initiatives meet a high bar for quality.
• Partner with BI & Product teams to inform on tool or data improvements needed.
