About the position

The Program Manager in the PMO at Molina Healthcare is responsible for overseeing process improvement, organizational change management, and project management initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Focus on process improvement and organizational change management.

  • Estimate, schedule, cost, and plan project activities.

  • Establish processes, procedures, and tools to increase efficiency.
  • Investigate and develop solutions for complex project problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 PM course required.
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional formal training in project management preferred.
  • PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired.
