About The Position

The Program Manager (PM) II – UGV is responsible for the execution of company programs including cost, schedule, and technical performance. The PM oversees program life cycle and manages all activities necessary to meet business goals and objectives. Acting as the central focal point and authority for one or more Programs' execution, the PM provides a single point of contact for program activities to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Engineering related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing programs.
  • Proven track record of running multiple, successful projects.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a highly technical environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project).
  • Some travel required (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

  • Validate incoming sales orders and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure technical compliance of all offerings.
  • Coordinate and monitor the fulfillment process, ensuring smooth handoff from BD.
  • Track and report order status to customers.
  • Demonstrate capabilities of the product and technology to customers at a high level of proficiency.
  • Lead post-booking customer program execution.
  • Schedule and oversee contractually required services.
  • Create and track program budgets, including revenue forecasting where applicable.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all post-sales customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service for warranty and quality-related support.
  • Ensure issues are documented and tracked to resolution.
  • Partner with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth revenue recognition and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with BD on minor upselling or follow-up, but not sales ownership.
  • Coordinate internally on document distribution, export compliance, and logistics.
  • Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 25%.
