The Program Manager for Planning, Analytics & Workforce Strategies (PAWS) at Amazon is responsible for overseeing workforce planning integration and strategic support for the Amazon Fresh fulfillment business.   • Building strong partnerships with operations field leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyzing and solving operational barriers by understanding root causes and driving solutions.
  • Leading project teams to plan, organize, and execute complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
  • Innovating to enhance customer experience and reduce costs in the fulfillment network.

  • 1+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, and VBA.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in workforce planning or management, particularly in a retail or warehouse context.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs from design to optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously.
