The Program Manager for the University of Arizona's Physician Assistant (PA) Program serves as the staff-level operational counterpart to the Program Director. This individual is responsible for the management and coordination of academic and administrative functions that ensure program success, student progression, and compliance with accreditation and institutional standards. The Program Manager is a collaborative leader, strategic thinker, and skilled organizer who bridges academic vision with operational excellence. This role also supports stakeholder communication, promotes program improvement, and ensures operational alignment with evolving educational and regulatory needs. May occasionally require evening or weekend hours to support student functions, webinars, admissions interview days, or program events such as orientation, white coat ceremony, or graduation. Some local or regional travel may be required for meetings or site visits. This position is primarily in-person with the possibility of hybrid flexibility depending on program needs.
