About The Position
We’re hiring a Program Manager to join Collective’s Program Management Office (PMO), supporting operational execution across both product and non-product initiatives. You’ll help drive internal alignment, documentation, training and project coordination to ensure teams are prepared and equipped to execute. This role is central to keeping our programs on track, our teams informed and our internal systems organized. You’ll work closely with the PMO Senior Manager and cross-functional partners in Product, Member Services and other teams. Whether it’s supporting a new product launch, rolling out a policy change, coordinating system enhancements or managing documentation hygiene—this role keeps things moving.
