Within our Operations & Member Experience organization (OMX), the Operations Enablement Team is responsible for impactful, cross-functional initiatives that tackle mission-critical challenges from within OMX Operations, ensuring the successful execution of key strategic programs. As a Program Manager on the Operations Enablement Team you will be responsible for helping to implement robust change management mechanisms and setting the gold standard communication for Change Management within the OMX team. You will be responsible for partnering with teams across product, engineering, analytics, operations and more, to advocate for Chime members and build our strategy to best support them. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a self-starter who can look to the future and who has the project management expertise to make their vision a reality. This role is best fit for someone who thrives in a flat, fast-moving organization, can comfortably navigate ambiguity, aligns diverse sets of collaborators, and confidently make data-driven decisions in an ever changing environment.
