Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, public health, management, or related field and 5 years of related experience. Experience in the fields of education and/or social justice/anti-racism pedagogy preferred. Knowledge of research administration procedures, data collection, and data reporting. Ability to work independently to achieve performance objectives. Ability to communicate with the team members while using highly effective communication interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of service and response. Ability to work autonomously. Proficiency in standard computer platforms and software applications (Word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing). Preferred Qualifications Project Management Certification Experience in the fields of education and/or social justice/anti-racism pedagogy. Experience with technical writing/scientific publication. Team Leadership and Team Development experience preferred
