About The Position

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) with headquarters in Oakland, Maryland, is a fast growing woman owned Small Business and HUBZone company with an outstanding record of performance providing more effective and efficient acquisition, business process, training, IT, administrative and security services to multiple federal agencies. SFS is looking for a Program Manager/Senior Military Analyst to support the U.S Army Aviation Center of Excellence located at Fort Rucker AL. The objective of this contract is to provide expert business, analytical, and technical support to the AVCOE G-5, directly contributing to the achievement of its strategic goals. By supporting the five core lines of effort – Aviation Enterprise Synchronization, Strategic Communication Alignment, Future Aviation Capability Input, Strengthened Foreign Liaison Program, and Proactive Strategic Planning Cycle – the Contractor will facilitate informed decision-making aligned with Army priorities and ensure continuity of support for Aviation Warfighters worldwide, spanning locations at Fort Rucker, AL, Fort Eustis, VA, and Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Requirements

• Must have at least 20 years of experience as a Senior Planner/Senior Military Analyst in Army Aviation, as an Aviation commissioned branch officer, including successful Aviation Battalion Command (or equivalent).
• Expertise may come from rotary wing, fixed wing, or unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operations.
• Mastery planning and executing Army Operations is expected.
• Secret Clearance Required

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of a military Senior Service College is preferred.
• Experience stemming from service at the Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE), Combined Arms Center (CAC), Training & Doctrine Command (TRADOC), or Army Futures Command (AFC) is preferred.
• PMP certification preferred
