Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM programs for US-based enterprise clients. Manage multiple projects across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Power Platform. Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics in alignment with client business outcomes. 10+ years of IT delivery experience with 7+ years in CRM program management. Strong experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations in the US market. Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale, multi-workstream programs. Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules. Solid knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Familiarity with Azure integrations, security models, and DevOps pipelines. Experience overseeing data migration and third-party system integrations. Hands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Strong financial management, forecasting, and contract governance skills. Ability to manage fixed-price and T&M engagements. Provide oversight on Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture and design. Ensure integration with Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, and enterprise systems. Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Proactively manage program risks, scope changes, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with client security, data privacy, and regulatory standards (SOC, SOX, HIPAA where applicable). Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
