The Program Manager is responsible for program and project management of New Product Development and Product Lifecycle initiatives, including planning, execution, reporting, and resource utilization. This role assumes ownership of programs from inception through completion and plays a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. This position reports to the Director, Program Management and is part of the Engineering and R&D / Project Management Office (PMO) located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead cross‑functional project teams from concept through launch, planning and executing highly technical projects across varying size and complexity. Manage multiple projects concurrently by developing detailed schedules, tracking budgets, and maintaining accurate forecasts. Communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly to senior leaders while proactively escalating needs to ensure delivery. Facilitate cross‑functional alignment across all project swim lanes to drive execution and resolve dependencies. Influence teams across functions by applying Danaher best practices, raising resource and capacity concerns, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring other Project Managers.
