Skydio is seeking a driven, customer-facing Program Manager with a deep sense of ownership to lead implementation and delivery for our Energy and Utility customers. As part of our Customer Success team, you will serve as the primary liaison for these customers and be accountable for the overall success of our programs, including cost, performance, scheduling, planning, technical execution, risk management, and problem-solving. This role demands both technical curiosity and strong program discipline. You will need to quickly learn complex concepts, dive into details to identify dependencies, and proactively manage risks. Your ability to combine technical understanding with solid program management skills will be critical to achieving successful outcomes for our customers. Deep experience in the Energy or Utility sector is essential. Beyond your core responsibilities, you will have opportunities to contribute to a wide range of technical initiatives across Skydio. You will work in a fast-paced, high-activity environment and must be comfortable managing multiple projects and navigating ambiguity. You will collaborate closely with teams across Customer Success, Technical Support, Product, Marketing, Development, and Engineering, all working toward a shared goal of delivering cutting-edge autonomous drone solutions.
