About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager (5–10 years) with a strong background in life sciences, GMP, and regulated environments to lead cross-functional initiatives and enhance customer success. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive change, define KPIs, identify gaps, and implement process improvements across systems, teams, and customers.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of program/project management experience in GMP, pharma, or life sciences .
• Proven track record driving measurable change and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Hybrid – must be able to work from the Southern NJ office several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementations
• process optimization, and customer experience initiatives.
• Partner directly with customers — understand needs, build relationships, deliver presentations, and guide them through the journey.
• Manage program financials, reporting, and performance metrics .
• Oversee a cross-functional team of 3–5 , ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Translate data and insights into actionable strategies that enhance outcomes.
