  • Leading transformation initiatives to enable the EPD / LEPS business to achieve 2030 power gen growth objectives and in direct support of Key Strategic Initiatives.
  • Managing metrics, dashboards and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and govern transformation processes.
  • Responsible for researching, developing and prioritizing tactical and strategic improvement ideation, inclusive of business case development.
  • Leading the cross-functional teams that will deliver the continuous improvement and transformation needed to positively impact the business.
  • Supporting commercial and operational organizations in the evaluation of KPI performance challenges to identify necessary root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques.
