About The Position

The Learning & Inclusion Office of EEO & Workplace Culture team is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Employee Resource Group Program Manager to lead and support female union employees in field roles and the Women in Non-Traditional Careers (WINC) Employee Resource Group. This Program Manager role will play a critical role in advancing equity, inclusion, and workplace culture for female union employees in field roles. Mission Statement: Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison), Orange & Rockland Utilities (O&R), and Consolidated Edison Transmission (CET) employees are required to follow health, safety, and environmental policies, EEO, Standards of Business Conduct, and all other applicable company policy and procedures.
